BizPower was founded in August 2002 in Melbourne Australia as a coaching & consulting business and provider of business help. Concerned about the number of businesses that go under every year, our desire was to help implement systems, processes, checks & balances to ensure that Business Owners and Managers keep their businesses profitable, Cash Flow positive and provide a return on investment . To further enhanse our methodology, in November 2002 we bought a license to use the ProfiTune Systems and the outstanding Self-Help Materials developed by Damien Parker. BizPower is headed by Rabi Gunaratnam and his dream was to use his previous 28+ years in business development within the Corporate and Small Business Sector to help SME's become productive, profitable and happy places to work in. Since then we have developed a number of additional systems and processes to further assist Business Owners and Managers.

Rabi holds a Degree in Electronics & Telecommunications and Post Graduate qualifications in Business & Financial Administration. Rabi completed Part 1 of an MBA and is an accredited Business Improvement Specialist of ProfiTune Business Systems. Rabi's work experience includes six years with NEC Australia (Held the position of Assistant General Manager Manufacturing) and twelve years with Motorola Australia in Distribution & Logistics and Project Management.

OUR MISSION is to work with Business Owners and Managers of Small to Medium Enterprises to help manage for greater productivity, profit and ROI. We do this through excellent systems, training and coaching methodology resulting from a passion to see all businesses (including ours) become happy, safe and profitable organisations.
